How this works

Your recovery code unwraps the same data-encryption key your PIN protects. After you enter the code and a new PIN, your existing encrypted memories stay intact — only the way they are unlocked changes.

If your recovery code is wrong, we cannot tell you why. We see only a blinded request and an authentication failure. If you no longer have either your PIN or your recovery code, return to /account and choose account reset.

Enter your code

Whitespace and capitalization don't matter. We validate against the standard BIP-39 English wordlist and the checksum.

Cancel

If you don't have a recovery code

Then your only path is account reset, which wipes encrypted rows after a 24-hour email-confirmation delay. Visit /account and scroll to Account Reset.
